Our Experiments

At SiliconCrane, we run fast, transparent experiments to test digital business ideas. Each project is time-boxed to 30 days, with a clear hypothesis, simple funnel, and a public decision memo at the end.

Below you’ll find our current experiments and a growing archive of past tests with results you can learn from.

How We Run a 30-Day Experiment

  1. Define hypotheses, ICP, and success metrics; publish a one-pager and waitlist.
  2. Collect evidence: interviews, message tests, and micro-budget traffic.
  3. Validate price/offer with simple pre-auth or design-partner LOIs.
  4. Decide: write a Go / Kill / Pivot memo with metrics and cost summary.
  5. Publish a public case study and next-90-days plan if “Go.”
